Abstract

The invention relates to a high-entropy alloy coating for thermal insulation protection, belonging to the technical field of a surface coating. High-entropy alloy powder prepared by a gas atomizationmethod is selected as a raw material, and the alloy powder which has good degree of sphericity and the particle size being 15-70 mu m is selected. The high-entropy alloy coating is prepared by an atmospheric plasma spraying method. The prepared coating maintains a good coating structure, high hardness and high toughness at medium and high temperatures and meanwhile has low and stable heat conductivity. The high-entropy alloy coating can be applied to the field of thermal insulation protection of a surface.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of surface coatings, and specifically relates to a high-entropy alloy coating material that can be applied to thermal engine (especially diesel engine) heat insulation protection. Background technique [0002] Diesel engines have higher compression ratio and higher fuel efficiency because they are not subject to the restriction of deflagration and the need for diesel spontaneous combustion. However, the defects of diesel engine in terms of weight and volume and insufficient combustion limit its development. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the fuel utilization rate of diesel engines and reduce pollutant emissions. Therefore, the use of thermal barrier coatings can effectively reduce the cooling system used for thermal load components, promote the full conversion of thermal energy into mechanical energy, and improve the utilization rate of diesel engines. [0003] The research and development of thermal ba...
