Abstract

The invention discloses a magnesium-based metal material conversion film and a preparation method thereof. The conversion film is mainly composed of a polyphenol organic conversion layer on the surface of the magnesium base material; the preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) the magnesium metal base material is pretreated, and abrasive paper polishing, NaOH activation, dopaminesoaking and the like are carried out sequentially; (2) the pretreated sample is cleaned by using deionized water at room temperature, and is immersed in a mixed solution of a polyphenol compound anda magnesium salt for reacting for 2-15 minutes, ultrasonically cleaning with ethanol is carried out to complete a reaction cycle; a reaction period is repeated for 3-5 times to obtain the magnesium-base metal material conversion film. The conversion film prepared by the preparation method can effectively solve the problems that the structural stability of the conversion film is not high, and the poor long-term corrosion resistance can be solved; and the polyphenol compound can be used for capturing excessive active oxygen in a body and protecting the body from being attacked by active oxygen;the conversion film can be applied to surface modification research of a fully-degradable magnesium-based metal cardiovascular stent and a fully-degradable magnesium-based orthopedic filling material.
