Abstract

The invention provides a method of modifying magnetic chitosan with ethylenediamine and an application of diclofenac in wastewater treatment and belongs to the technical field of material preparationand water environmental protection. The method of modifying the magnetic chitosan with the ethylenediamine is characterized in that an one-step precipitation method is adopted to allow pellets to slowly drop into an alkaline solution and form spherical adsorbents, so that separation and precipitation are easy, and secondary pollution to water bodies is avoided, and the method is simple in operation and mild in reaction conditions; magnetic separation technology is adopted to organically combine ferroferric oxide with chitosan molecules, so that synthesized adsorbent pellets are made to be magnetic and can be quickly and efficiently separated from wastewater under the action of an external magnetic field. Furthermore, the method of modifying the magnetic chitosan with the ethylenediamine has the advantages of being capable of increasing the chemical stability of the chitosan by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde, increasing adsorption sites of contaminants with the number of amino groupson the chitosan molecules increased after the modification with the ethylenediamine, and thus enhancing adsorption capacity of the diclofenac.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of ethylenediamine-modified magnetic chitosan pellets for absorbing diclofenac in waste water, and belongs to the technical fields of material preparation and water environment protection. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of industry and the improvement of people's living standards, PPCPs (pharmaceuticals and personal care products) are widely used in people's lives. Due to the low biodegradability, the detection amount of PPCPs in the water environment has increased year by year, becoming a new type of pollutant. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which is commonly used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, articular rheumatism, etc. The total annual consumption is nearly 1,000 tons. , fast, and convenient features have gradually attracted the attention of researchers. [0003] Chitosan is obtained by deacetylation of chitin, which exists widely i...
