[0045]The dried poplar chemical pulp (dryness: 96.16wt%) was soaked at room temperature for 24 hours, and the concentration was 1% by weight. The pulp was then defiberized for 3 minutes with a fiber standard disintegrator. Concentrate the pulp concentration after deflaking to 10wt%, beat with a PFI refiner, and the rotating speed is set at 1500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 4000 rpm and 4500 rpm respectively. The degree of beating at different rotational speeds was measured by a Schober beating degree meter, as shown in Table 1. Dilute the slurry concentration to 1wt%, take 190g of pulp suspension and add it to the sheet former of the flake machine, when the volume of the slurry is diluted to 4L, add 0.2wt% CPAM of 300ppm (relative to dry pulp) , the quantitative setting of each paper is 60g / m 2 .

[0061] At room temperature of 25°C, add 50mg / L Cu 2+ (pb 2+ ) solution 200mL. Seal the Erlenmeyer flask and shake it in a rotary shaker (stirring speed 100r / min, SHA-C, China). 1mL samples were taken at 0min, 15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min, 150min, and 210min, respectively, and the samples were diluted to 20mL, and the concentration of metal ions in each sample was measured with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer (TAS-990Supper AFG).

Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a paper-based adsorbent based on wood fiber. According to the present invention, the paper-based adsorbent with advantages of good recovery rate and high heavy metal adsorption capacity is prepared by using poplar chemomechanical pulp as a lignocellulose raw material, using maleic anhydride as functional reagent and using sodiumhypophosphite as a cross-linking agent through a one-step dip coating process; the paper-based adsorbent based on wood fiber and with advantages of high wet tensile strength, high adsorption capacity and high recovery rate is obtained through papermaking and one-step dip coating, wherein the wet tensile strength of the paper-based adsorbent can reach 30-40% of the dry tensile strength, and the introduced carboxyl content is between 0.016-0.48 mmol / g; the carboxyl content of the adsorbent and the adsorption capacity to heavy metal ions are significantly improved along with the increase of the concentration of the maleic anhydride solution; and the adsorption kinetic and thermodynamic studies on Cu<2+> and Pb<2+> are well fitted to the quasi-first-order equation and the Langmuir model (R<2> is more than 0.993),wherein the theoretical maximum adsorption capacities of Cu<2+> and Pb<2+> are 49.26 mg / g and 111.11 mg / g.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of adsorbent materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of wood fiber-based paper-based adsorbent. Background technique [0002] In recent decades, with the rapid development of industries such as metallurgy, batteries, mining, and home appliance manufacturing, heavy metalwastewater has been directly or indirectly discharged into the environment. The presence of heavy metals in industrial wastewater has become a serious environmental and health problem. Heavy metal ions have the characteristics of high toxicity, not easy to be metabolized, and easy to be enriched by organisms. Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ As two common heavy metal ions, it seriously threatens the survival of human beings and aquatic organisms. For example, drinking is Cu 2+ Polluted water will cause symptoms of gastrointestinal poisoning, and even cause liver necrosis or shock. Pb 2+ It will directly harm human brain cells, and ...
