The invention relates to a method for preparation of a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent containing thiacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin and the microcapsule suspension-suspending agent thereof.The method includes: a. mixing an amino-formaldehyde resin prepolymer aqueous solution and lambda-cyhalothrin missible oil in a weight ratio of (1-5):1 to obtain a first material; b. adding a buffer solution into the first material and mixing the substances evenly to regulate the pH value of the mixed solution to 4-7, thus obtaining a second material; c. adding an acidic pH regulator into the second material, mixing the substances evenly, and regulating the pH value of the mixed solution to 3-4, thus obtaining a third material; d. subjecting the third material to curing polycondensation so asto obtain a cured polycondensation product, and adjusting the pH value of the cured polycondensation product to 6-8, thus obtaining a fourth material; and e. mixing the fourth material with a thiacloprid suspending agent evenly in a weight ratio of 1:(0.1-1).
