Embodiment 1

[0047](1) Prepare respectively 0.1mol / L calcium chloride solution, 0.1mol / L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution, 0.3g / mL polyaspartic acid solution and 0.3g / mL polyacrylic acid solution;

[0048] The relative molecular mass of the polyacrylic acid used is 450 kDa, and the relative molecular mass of the polyaspartic acid is 9-11 kDa.

[0049] (2) Take 2mL of calcium chloride solution and 0.2mL of polyaspartic acid solution and mix them uniformly as solution A.

[0050] (3) Mix 2 mL of disodium hydrogen phosphate solution with 0.4 mL of polyacrylic acid solution to form solution B.

[0051] (4) Solution B was slowly added dropwise to solution A to form a mixed solution, and the pH of the mixed solution was adjusted to neutral with sodium hydroxide solution to obtain calcium phosphate nanoclusters.

[0052] Such as figure 1 As shown in a, the newly synthesized calcium phosphate nanoclusters are transparent gels with fluidity, can be injected with a syringe, and have certain vi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of calcium phosphate nanoclusters. The preparation method of the calcium phosphate nanoclusters comprises the following steps: dissolving water-soluble calcium salts and polyaspartic acid in water so as to obtain a solution A, wherein mass ratio of the water-soluble calcium salts to the polyaspartic acid is 1 to (0.1-15); dissolving water-soluble phosphates and polyacrylic acid in water so as to obtain a solution B, wherein mass ratio of the water-soluble phosphates to the polyacrylic acid is 1 to (0.1-15); and then, slowly mixing the solution A with the solution B, and adjusting the pH value to 7-8 so as to obtain the calcium phosphate nanoclusters. The preparation method of the calcium phosphate nanoclusters is simple to operate, easy to obtain raw materials, low in cost and feasible for easy repeating. The invention further provides calcium phosphate nanoclusters prepared by the preparation method; and the calcium phosphate nanoclusters are amorphous gel materials of which the particle size is 1 nanometer. The invention further provides application of the calcium phosphate nanoclusters in preparation of drugs for repairing osteoporosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a calcium phosphate nanocluster and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Bone is a multi-level structure formed by directional crystallization of hydroxyapatite (HAP) inserted into the collagen fibers of the network structure through long-term evolution. In natural bone, HAP will gradually grow along the long axis of collagen to form continuous collagen fiber mineralization. This multi-level structure of bone obtained through multi-level layer-by-layer assembly can have strong hardness. And toughness, and used to support the various biochemical functions of organisms. [0003] There are about 30% organic matter in normal bone and about 70% inorganic matter. These organic-inorganic composite structures provide important physiological functions for bones. When the lack of HAP minerals in the bone will lead to osteoporosis, it will become one o...
