Embodiment 1

[0027] Take 100L of sodium salt fermentation broth with a lactic acid concentration of 125.0g / L and filter through a 0.2μm microfiltration membrane and an ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight cutoff of 5000 Daltons to remove bacteria and large particle suspensions to obtain 98L of ultrafiltrate. The concentration was 126.9g / L, and the ultrafiltrate was concentrated until the mass concentration of lactic acid was 60%, to obtain 19.9L of concentrated solution. Mix the above concentrate with 16.9kg of methanol, add 6.6kg of sulfuric acid, stir at 58°C for 30 minutes, filter the precipitate containing sodium sulfate, and obtain 35.0kg (33.8L) of esterified clear liquid, which is further processed by bipolar membrane to obtain deionized ester The clear liquid was removed, 138 L of toluene was added, and 10.9 kg of methyl lactate was obtained by extracting and rectifying at 0.05 MPa. The purity of methyl lactate was 99.9%.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Take 100L of sodium salt fermentation broth with a lactic acid concentration of 125.0g / L and filter through a 0.2μm microfiltration membrane and an ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight cutoff of 5000 Daltons to remove bacteria and large particle suspensions to obtain 98L of ultrafiltrate. The concentration was 126.9g / L, and the ultrafiltrate was concentrated until the mass concentration of lactic acid was 60%, to obtain 19.9L of concentrated solution. Mix the above concentrate with 30.3kg of ethanol, add 6.7kg of sulfuric acid, stir at 58°C for 30 minutes, filter the precipitate containing sodium sulfate, and obtain 48.5kg (46.8L) of esterified clear liquid, which is further processed by bipolar membrane to obtain deionized ester Clear the liquid, add 240 L of p-xylene, and rectify at 0.05 MPa to obtain 11.8 kg of ethyl lactate with a purity of 99.9%.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Take 100L of sodium salt fermentation broth with a lactic acid concentration of 125.0g / L and filter through a 0.2μm microfiltration membrane and an ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight cutoff of 5000 Daltons to remove bacteria and large particle suspensions to obtain 98L of ultrafiltrate. The concentration was 126.9g / L, and the ultrafiltrate was concentrated until the mass concentration of lactic acid was 60%, to obtain 19.9L of concentrated solution. Mix the above concentrate with 39.8kg of n-propanol, add 6.7kg of sulfuric acid, stir at 60°C for 30 minutes, filter the precipitate containing sodium sulfate, and obtain 58.9kg (55L) of esterified clear liquid, which is further treated with a bipolar membrane to obtain deionized Esterify the supernatant, add 300 L of o-xylene, and rectify at 0.05 MPa to obtain 14.4 kg of n-propyl lactate with a purity of 99.9%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for obtaining lactate from a lactic acid fermentation liquor. According to the method, the lactic acid fermentation liquor is taken as an initial material, filtering, concentrating, acidifying, esterifying and the like are adopted to obtain high-purity lactate. Different from traditional lactate synthesis in which crude lactate and alcohol are used as raw materials, the method for obtaining the lactate from the lactic acid fermentation liquor directly starts from the lactic acid fermentation liquor and achieves obtaining of the lactate product through the stepsof filtration, concentration, esterification, bipolar membrane electrodeionization, extractive distillation and the like, a refining process of lactic acid is omitted, meanwhile, salts in the fermentation liquor can be effectively removed, and the method has low production cost. By using a bipolar membrane, on one hand, the pH value of the system can be reduced, so that the esterification reaction is more complete, and on the other hand, the energy consumption of distillation can be reduced due to the removal of the salts from a deionizer esterified clear liquid. The lactate product obtainedby the method disclosed by the invention is high in purity and can be used for synthesizing light stabilizers, high-grade coatings, bactericides and medical intermediates.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemicals, and in particular relates to a method for obtaining lactate from lactic acid fermentation liquid. Background technique [0002] Lactic acid is an important C3 platform compound widely used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical fields. In recent years, with the rapid development of its downstream biodegradable material polylactic acid, the demand for lactic acid is also increasing year by year. Lactic acid is divided into chemical method and biological fermentation method. Among them, the former can only produce the mixed racemate of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid, and the latter can produce single L-lactic acid or single D-lactic acid through transformation under the action of biological strains, using sugar liquid as a substrate, It has now developed into a mainstream method for lactic acid production. Since the production of lactic acid by biological fermentation utilizes renewable bi...
