Problems solved by technology

When the added amount of hydrolyzed tannin exceeds the above concentration, it is likely to reduce the growth performance by affecting the digestion and absorption of nutrients
At present, hydrolyzed tannins are widely used in poultry and livestock such as chickens, pigs, and cattle, but their application in aquatic products has not been reported yet.

Embodiment 1

[0033] 1. Materials and methods

[0034] (1) Feed preparation

[0035] According to the nutritional requirements of Litopenaeus vannamei, a basal feed with a crude protein content of 42.3% was designed, and the additions of hydrolyzed tannins were 0% (control group, control), 0.1% (F1), 0.2% (F2) and 0.3% (Table 1). All the hydrolyzed tannins in this experiment were provided by Tanin Company of Slovenia, and the guaranteed value of product composition analysis was ≥ 65% of the hydrolyzed tannin content. After the feed is prepared, put it in a ventilated place to dry, and store it in a refrigerator at 4°C for later use.

[0038] (2) Feeding management

[0039] The test was carried out in Zhanjiang High-tech Park, the Donghai Island Experimental Base of Guangdong Ocean University. The experimental shrimps were transported to the base, put into the sterilized holding pond for 2 weeks, and the individua...

Embodiment 2

[0074] A feed for Litopenaeus vannamei consists of basal feed and 0.1% hydrolyzed tannin by weight of the basal feed; the basal feed consists of the following raw material components in the following weight percentages: 25% red fish meal, 22% peeled soybean meal, Corn gluten powder 5.5%, peanut meal 6%, shrimp shell powder 3%, flour 24%, phospholipid 2.5%, fish oil 5%, trace elements 7%.

Embodiment 3

[0076] A feed for Litopenaeus vannamei consists of basal feed and 0.2% hydrolyzed tannin by weight of the basal feed; the basal feed consists of the following raw material components in the following weight percentages: 23% red fish meal, 24% peeled soybean meal, Corn gluten powder 5%, peanut meal 7%, shrimp shell powder 2%, noodles 26%, phospholipid 2%, fish oil 6%, trace elements 5%.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of hydrolysable tannin in improvement of the growth performance of litopenaeus vannamei and the intestinal microbial abundance of prawns. A basic feed is used asa blank group, and 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% of hydrolysable tannin are added in the basic feed to be used as experimental groups; after a culture experiment is carried out for 60 d, the growth performanceis counted, and the structure and change conditions of intestinal flora in the prawns are detected; results show that the weight gain rate, the specific growth rate and the fullness of the three hydrolysable tannin addition groups are significantly higher than those of the control group, and the liver-to-body ratio is significantly lowered; the species abundance and evenness of intestinal microorganisms in the experimental groups are generally higher than those of the control group. PCoA analysis finds out that the microflora of the addition groups with 0.1% and 0.3% of hydrolysable tannin are close, but are different from that of the addition group with 0.2% of hydrolysable tannin; with combination of growth performance indicators, 0.1% of hydrolysable tannin added in a feed can be moreeconomical. The researches show that the hydrolysable tannin added in the feed can significantly change the intestinal microbial composition of the prawns, increase the growth rate of the prawns, andaffect the growth performance of litopenaeus vannamei.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and more specifically discloses the application of hydrolyzed tannins in improving the growth performance of prawns and the abundance of microorganisms in the intestinal tract of prawns. Background technique [0002] Litopenaeus vannamei is one of the three largest farmed shrimps in the world, and it is also an important aquaculture species in my country. It has high economic value and nutritional value, and its aquaculture output accounts for about 80% of the shrimp aquaculture output in my country. However, with the development of high-density and intensive farming models, various diseases frequently broke out in the shrimp farming industry. The use of antibiotics is a traditional control measure. However, although antibiotics have controlled the occurrence of diseases to a certain extent, the The problem of pathogenic bacteria resistance and drug residues has also brought new challenges, s...
