Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the collected sludgein the water purifying plant with an iron salt at a mass ratio of 10:1 so as to form a sludge cake; (2) calcining the sludge cake at a temperature of 550-600 DEG C for 1 hour so as to obtain a sludgeblock; and (3) performing mechanical pulverization and mechanical vibration on the sludge block for sieving, and preparing magnetic sludge particles with a particle size of 1-3 mm, wherein the magnetic sludge particles are the magnetic phosphorous-locking agent.
