The device comprises following components connected to flue gas washing wastewater in sequence: a heat exchanger, a wastewater regulating tank, a first reaction tank, a first precipitation tank, a second reaction tank, a microfiltration concentration tank, a tube type microfiltration device, a pH neutralization tank, a microfiltration produced water tank, an STRO device, an STRO produced water tank, a RO device, and a reused water tank. A circulation loop, which comprises a circulation pump, is arranged between the microfiltration concentration tank and the tube type microfiltration device. The wastewater in the microfiltration concentration tank is delivered to thetube type microfiltration device through the circulation pump to carry out solid-liquid separation. Wastewater circularly flows in the tube type microfiltration device. The filter membrane produced water enters a next stage unit. Concentrated water flows back to the microfiltration concentration tank.
