The invention provides a method and a system for treatment and recycling of feces and waste from livestock and poultry culture. The system comprises a waste water organic matter accumulating system, an anaerobic fermentation system, a sludge return system and a waste water recycling system. The method comprises the following steps: based on the characteristic that active sludge can highly absorb organic matters in waste water, accumulating the organic matters in the waste water from livestock and poultry culture; generating methane by anaerobic fermentation of sludge enriched with high-concentration organic matters together with dried feces so as to realize the recycling of biomass energy; and further treating low-concentration waste water after enrichment of organic matters by using constructed wetland and a sterilization method to meet water quality standards and to realize zero discharge of waste water. In addition, part of sludge in a sedimentation tank and biogas residues generated by anaerobic fermentation are returned and aerated in a regeneration tank to recover the high absorption activity so as to circularly absorb the organic matters in the waste water, thereby realizing recycling of the sludge and the biogas residues. The method and the system realize the treatment and recycling of feces and waste from livestock and poultry culture as well as recycling of biomass in the waste water and zero discharge of the waste water, and have the advantages of simple structure, low investment and operation cost, high treatment efficiency and the like.

The Paecilomyces lilacinus XLA is preserved and has a preservation number of CCTCC NO:M2012135. Viable and non-viable organism of the XLA can efficiently adsorb and remove the heavy metal cadmium in heavy metal sewage, so the XLA has the advantages of low cost and simple technology, and has an efficient restoration potential of heavy metal polluted soil and water.
