specific Embodiment approach 1

[0029] Specific implementation mode 1: This implementation mode is a sludge resource disposal method, which is completed according to the following steps:

[0030] 1. Preparation of reaction precursor mixture:

[0031] Mix the sludge and biomass powder, then add alkaline additives and distilled water, and stir evenly to obtain a reaction precursor mixture;

[0032] The mass ratio of sludge, biomass powder, alkaline additives and distilled water described in step 1 is (0.5~50):(0.1~5):(0.1~2):(0.1~30);

[0033] The alkaline auxiliary agent described in step one is NaOH, KOH and Ca(OH) 2 with Na 2 CO 3 One of the mixtures or a mixture of several of them; the Ca(OH) 2 with Na 2 CO 3 Ca(OH) in the mixture 2 with NaCO 3 The mass ratio is 1:1;

[0034] 2. Hydrothermal humification reaction: the reaction precursor mixture is placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction to obtain a reaction product;

[0035] 3. Centrif...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0046] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the biomass powder described in step 1 is prepared according to the following steps: first, the biomass material is cleaned to remove impurities on the surface of the biomass material, and then Drying is carried out, and finally the dried biomass material is pulverized to obtain biomass powder. Other steps are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0047] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that: the drying temperature is 60°C-80°C, and the drying time is 10h-30h. Other steps are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention discloses a sludge recycling treatment method, relates to a solid waste recycling method, and aims to solve the problems that heavy metal ions are difficult to recover and phosphorus resources are wasted in a traditional sludge treatment method. The sludge recycling treatment method comprises the steps of firstly, preparing a reaction precursor mixture; secondly, carrying out hydrothermal humification reaction to obtain a reaction product; and thirdly, centrifuging the reaction product to obtain a liquid product I and a solid product I, specifically, the liquid product I is a liquid compound fertilizer; carrying out strong acid digestion on the solid product I, and then centrifuging the digested solid product I to obtain a solid product II and a liquid product II; washing thesolid product II to be neutral by using deionized water, and then carrying out vacuum drying on the neutral solid product II to obtain hydrothermal biochar; and adding a reducing agent into the liquid product II, and centrifuging the liquid product II to obtain a solid substance which is the heavy metal. The liquid compound fertilizer and the hydrothermal biochar prepared by the sludge recyclingtreatment method are applied to rapidly replenishing the effective phosphorus content of soil and promoting plant growth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a solid waste recycling method. Background technique [0002] Due to the rapid development of sewage treatment plants, the amount of sludge is continuously increasing. In foreign countries, the annual discharge of wet sludge (with a moisture content of 80%) exceeded 30 million tons in 2014, showing a rapid growth trend. By 2020, the national annual sludge output will exceed 60 million tons, while the disposal efficiency is less than 33%, which brings enormous pressure on the rapid, economical and safe large-scale treatment and utilization of sludge. It is worth noting that sludge contains a considerable amount of phosphorus, which can be used as an important source of phosphorus recovery. Phosphorus is an irreplaceable nutrient necessary for the growth of animals and plants. The world's plant phosphate resources are limited, but the demand for phosphorus fertilizers in agricultural production continues to increase, making ph...
