A biological fermentation product isprepared by that Maiwei Dihuang Wan traditional Chinese medicine residues are used as raw materials, and lactobacillus plantarum (Lp) and enzymes are added for solid-state fermentation, wherein the enzyme is selected from xylanase(Xy), trichoderma reesei (Tr) and Huafen enzymes (He). Experiments find that Lp+Xy is adopted for solid-state fermentation, so that the effect for increasing the nutrientvalue of traditional Chinese medicine residue products is obvious, the content of crude fibers is 41.13%, the content of hemicellulose is 6.82%, the content of lignin is 14.44%, the content of ash is10.76%, the content of crude protein is 11.83%, the content of total sugar is 7.10%, the ammonia nitrogen value is 0.80%, ethanol is 16%, lactic acid is 9.5%, and pH is 3.36.
