The production method comprises: providing gold nanoparticles with surfaces modified by a copolymer with dual response, mixing the gold nanoparticles with the surfaces modified by the copolymer with dual response, aqueous phase liquid and oil phase liquid which is incompatible with water to form a mixed system, and then adding a volatile agent to make the gold nanoparticles induced and captured to a water-oil interface;and adding a cross-linking agent into a water subphase of the mixed system, and then in a process of removing the oil phase liquid, subjecting the gold nanoparticles to self-assembly on the water-oilinterface to form the dual-response gold nano-film based on SPR transfer.
