The invention provides a radioactive nuclear contaminant 
diffusion migration moulding material and a moulding method and relates to the moulding material. The moulding material comprises a 
mixed solution which is formed by dispersion of a liquid ingredient A and a 
solid ingredient B, wherein the liquid ingredient A comprises, by weight, 35-60 parts of 
polymer emulsion, 20-35 parts of water, 0.6-1 part of coalescing agent, 0.5 part of 
defoamer, 0.4 part of dispersant, 2.5 parts of antifreezing agents, 0.6 part of mouldproof bactericide, 0.6 part of rheolobic modifier, 1.2-2.5 parts of multifunctional modifiers and 1-2 parts of chelating agents; the 
solid ingredient B comprises, by weight, 5-15 parts of water reducing agents, 3-8 parts of rapid 
drying agents, 1-3 parts of temperature-sensitive aid-volatile agents and 1.5-6 parts of aid-moulding agents. According to the moulding material, the 
solid ingredient and liquid ingredient are evenly and steadily dispersed in the 
mixed solution, so that organic con-
dissolution of the solid and liquid is achieved, the problem of 
dispersion stability is solved, the mode that the solid and the liquid are mixed in using is transformed into the mode that the single 
mixed solution is used, the mixing time on site and stirring processes of an original moulding agent in using are saved, and the labor intensity of operating personnel is reduced.
