Problems solved by technology

The size of the surface roughness of the material can be well controlled by photolithography, but the instrument is expensive and the preparation process is complicated, so it is not suitable for large-scale production; the publication number is CN103409754A, and the name is "Surface Ultrasonic Technology of Aluminum Materials Based on Etching Method". The invention of Hydrophobic Treatment Process” reported that a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid solution was used to etch the surface of polished aluminum samples, and then modified with stearic acid ethanol solution to obtain superhydrophobic properties.
Etching porous aluminum templates can construct roughness, but the choice of substrates is limited, and the etching effect is not easy to control

Abstract

The invention discloses a template for duplicating a hydrophobic coating. The template is prepared with a method comprising the step as follows: firstly, a template material is prepared, and raw materials of the template comprise 40-70 parts of silicone resin, 0.01-10 parts of a leveling agent, 0.01-10 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.01-5 parts of a catalyst and 20-50 parts of a solvent. After the silicone resin is dissolved in a solvent in proportion, the defoaming agent, the leveling agent and the catalyst are added and stirred uniformly, heat preservation is performed at the temperature of 40-100 DEG C for 1-8 h, and the template material for duplicating the hydrophobic coating is obtained; and then the surface of the template material is etched: soluble salt is inlaid in the surface layer of the template material in a repeated spraying mode, salt particles are etched, a multi-stage coarse structure is formed on the surface of a matrix simply and rapidly, and the template for duplicating the hydrophobic coating is prepared. The template adopts a simple process, has low production cost, is green and environmentally friendly, and can be recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a template for hydrophobic coating replication. It belongs to the field of material technology. Background technique [0002] Hydrophobic materials have important applications in many occasions, for example, they can be used for anti-fouling self-cleaning, anti-icing, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, and prevention of current conduction, etc. Based on the hydrophobic self-cleaning effect of lotus leaves, bionic-based superhydrophobic surfaces have become a research hotspot. When preparing a hydrophobic surface, the free energy of the material surface must first be reduced; secondly, increasing the surface roughness of the material and reducing the contact area between water droplets and the surface can effectively increase the surface contact angle and increase hydrophobicity. [0003] However, the current surface roughness construction methods still have many problems such as complex process and high cost. For example: the i...
