The invention discloses an adhesive for electrostatic flocking, wherein the adhesive comprises, by mass, 5-25 wt% of tetramethyl tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 0.8-2.5 wt% of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 1-10 wt% of a KH550 silane coupling agent, 1.6-5 wt% of a nonionic emulsifier XP80, 10-15 wt% of methacrylate, 10-15 wt% of butyl methacrylate, 0.5-2 wt% of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 0.5-2 wt%of acrylic acid, 0.5-1 wt% of lauryl sodium sulfate, 0.4-1 wt% of ammonium persulfate, 1-10 wt% of nanometer zinc oxide powder and 10-55 wt% of deionized water. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the adhesive for electrostatic flocking.
