Abstract

The polyurethane glue is prepared from, by weight, 80-100 parts of a polyurethane dispersion, 10-20 parts of melamine resin, 0.5-1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of a wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.7 part of a pH value regulator, 0.2-0.8 part of a thickener, 0.5-1.5 parts of a bactericide, 20-40 parts of a cosolvent, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of a VAE emulsion, 0.1-0.8 part of a preservative, 0.2-0.6 part of a surfactant and a proper amount of distilled water. The polyurethane dispersion and other proper additives are added into the VAE emulsion, so the binding power of the glue to a base material is remarkably enhanced, and the quick-drying performance of the glue is enhanced; and no otherorganic solvent is added, so the environment-friendly characteristic is excellent.
