Abstract

The invention discloses a co-production process for extracting SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) and heme from chicken blood, which comprises the following steps: by using chicken blood as a raw material, carrying out hemolysis, thermal denaturation reaction and filter pressing, and carrying out ultrafiltration concentration, purification and freeze drying on the filtrate to obtain SOD; and extracting the blood residue with acidic acetone, and carrying out separating and drying to obtain heme. By utilizing modern biochemical separation technologies such as thermal denaturation, isoelectric precipitation, ultrafiltration and extraction, the SOD and heme co-production process is formulated, and comprehensive utilization and high-valued development of chicken blood are realized. The process is freeof waste and pollution, short in production period and suitable for industrial production. The enzyme activity of the obtained SOD freeze-dried powder reaches 5000 U/mg or above, and the purity of theobtained heme reaches 85% or above.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chicken blood deep processing, in particular to a co-production process for extracting SOD and hemoglobin from chicken blood. Background technique [0002] Poultry blood is a kind of nutritional resource rich in animal protein. It contains a variety of nutritional and biologically active substances, such as protein, amino acid, various enzymes, mineral elements, etc., with high potential nutritional value. As a big breeding country in the world, my country has extremely rich sources of poultry blood. According to preliminary statistics, at present, the annual slaughtering volume of chickens (including broilers and hens) in China is nearly 9 billion. Calculated on the basis of 100g of blood produced per chicken after slaughter, only With chicken blood, 9 million tons of blood can be collected every year, and the blood volume of hundreds of millions of other types of poultry (including ducks, geese, etc.) sl...
