Embodiment 1

[0028] A method for preparing an imprinted electroluminescent sensor for enrofloxacin detection, the steps are as follows:

[0029] Step 1. Preparation of MPA-CuNCs

[0030] (1) Accurately measure 5mL with a graduated cylinder, 1mM CuSO 4 ·5H 2 O solution was placed in a 25mL beaker, nitrogen gas was introduced while stirring, and then 5mL was measured, 20mM MPA solution and CuSO 4 ·5H 2 O solution was mixed, and 1M NaOH (about 250 μL) solution was used to adjust the pH of the mixed solution to 6.5-7.0, and reacted at room temperature for 5 minutes. The mixed solution gradually changed from colorless to white floc, and emitted bright orange fluorescence under a 365nm ultraviolet lamp.

[0031] (2) Transfer the mixed solution prepared in (1) into a 10mL centrifuge tube, put it into a centrifuge and centrifuge at 10000rpm for 10min, remove the supernatant, add DMF, ultrasonically disperse and centrifuge and wash three times to remove the supernatant to obtain the aggregated M...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an imprinted electroluminescent sensor for enrofloxacin detection. The electrochemical sensor is prepared on the basis of copper nanoclusters (CuNCs). Anacetic acid buffer solution containing enrofloxacin (ENRO) and o-phenylenediamine (OPD) is used as an electrolyte, a CuNCs / ENRO-OPD modified glassy carbon electrode is used as a working electrode, anAg / AgCl electrode is used as a reference electrode, and a platinum wire electrode is used as an auxiliary electrode to form a three-electrode system. A cyclic voltammetry is adopted, the polymerization potential is 0-0.8 V, and a CuNCs / ENRO-OPD thin film is obtained; eluting is performed with an eluent to obtain an enrofloxacin molecularly imprinted polymer film; and then electrochemical luminescence measurement is carried out, and then quantitative measurement of ENRO is performed. The method is utilized for detecting enrofloxacin and has the advantages of low detection limit, high sensitivity, good selectivity, good stability and the like and can realize detection of enrofloxacin in different animal husbandry samples under optimized experimental conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemical detection, in particular to a method for preparing an imprinted electroluminescent sensor for enrofloxacin detection. Background technique [0002] Enrofloxacin is a synthetic third-generation quinolone antibacterial drug, also known as ethyl ciprofloxacin, which belongs to a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug and has a very significant antibacterial effect; It has excellent bactericidal effect, so it has been widely used in veterinary and human medicine. However, in recent years, the abuse and residues of antibiotics have attracted widespread attention. The abuse of antibiotics will not only increase the resistance of pathogenic bacteria to these drugs, but also cause poisoning of livestock and poultry, and allergic reactions of humans. Enrofloxacin is a special veterinary drug designated by the state, and it is a sampling item designated by the state. Therefore, it is of great significa...
