According to the device, waste gas is pretreated through the condenser, water vapor in the waste gas is removed, and follow-up incineration is facilitated; and meanwhile, dust in the waste gas is filtered out through the dust remover, organic volatile matter in the waste gas is purified through the flue gas purifier, and pollution-free emission is achieved.
