The metal surface treatment method comprises the following steps that first, treatment liquidis prepared, and then alloy steel is heated to 600-680 DEG C; then the alloy steel is immersed in the treatment liquid for 10-15 seconds, and taken out for cooling naturally; the treatment liquid isprepared from the following components in parts by mass: 80-85 of deionized water, 6-8 of hydrogen peroxide, 1.2-1.5 of triethanolamine, 2-4 of trisodium phosphate, 1-1.2 of citric acid and 2-2.2 of aluminum potassium sulfate, wherein all components are put in an ultrasonic stirrer for stirring and dispersing at 20KHz frequency for 3-5 minutes; and the temperature is maintained at 45-55 DEG C. Passivation liquid of the metal surface treatment method takes hydrogen peroxide as the main passivation liquid, and a decisive role is played in the quality of a passivation film. With the consumption of hydrogen peroxide, the trisodium phosphate is used as auxiliary passivation liquid, so that the deficiency of the quality decline of the passivation film caused by the decomposition of the hydrogenperoxide in the passivation process is overcome, and meanwhile drugs are saved.
