Problems solved by technology

Although the degreasing effect of this method is better, the alkaline degreasing agent commonly used in the industry contains a large amount of alkaline substances such as 40-50% NaOH, 20-40% NaOH 2 CO 3 , and contains phosphorus, such as tributyl phosphate, trisodium phosphate, etc., which are expensive and corrosive to the workpiece, and take a long time to degrease (it takes longer to clean heavy dirt parts), and it needs to be heated to 85 ° C ~ 95 ° C , high energy consumption, solvent volatilization and phosphorus will seriously pollute the environment

Abstract

The invention discloses a degreasing agent used in a tinplate process and a using method thereof. The degreasing agent comprises a surfactant, an antirust agent, an auxiliary agent and the like. The adopted surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant, such as alkyl polyglucoside, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and an anionic surfactant, such as seconary alkanesulphonate sodium, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate. The degreasing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.3 to 2 percent of the non-ionic surfactant, 0.3 to 2 percent of the anionic surfactant, 0.1 to 2 percent of triethanolamine and 0.1 to 2 percent of methenamine that serve as the antirust agent,1 to 5 percent of calcium propionate serving as a preservative, 1 to 5 percent of ethyl alcohol serving as the auxiliary agent, and the balance of de-ionized water. The degreasing agent disclosed by the invention can rapidly and effectively remove grease and pollutants on the surface of a tinplate metal, and has a good antirust effect on a metal surface.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a degreasing agent used in the tinplate process and a use method thereof, in particular to a metal surface degreasing agent used in the process of cleaning steel strips and a use method thereof. Background technique [0002] During the processing of metal parts such as tinplate, most of them use oil-based lubricants and similar substances, which will leave oil stains on the surface of metal parts. These oil stains need to be removed from metal parts before surface treatment or before final use. Metal surface degreasing agents for removing oil stains include dichloromethane, gasoline, sodium hydroxide, etc. When oil stains are difficult to deal with, steam degreasing is usually used. Vapor degreasing involves exposing metal parts to continuously refluxing vapors of a degreasing agent. Although the degreasing effect of this method is better, the alkaline degreasing agent commonly used in the industry contains a large amount of ...
