Embodiment 1

[0020] Example 1: A method for preparing an anti-fog coating, the conditions and steps for preparation are as follows:

[0021] (1) Treatment of hydrophobic material substrate

[0022] The selected hydrophobic material substrate is a low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film, at room temperature, the LLDPE film surface is wiped clean with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol to remove various impurities on the substrate surface and dry at room temperature. The volume concentration of absolute ethanol is 99.8%, and the deionized water is laboratory homemade.

[0023] (2) Plasma cleaning treatment of hydrophobic material substrate surface

[0024] The treated solid LLDPE membrane surface substrate in step (1) is placed into a plasma cleaner for plasma cleaning treatment, and hydroxyl groups are introduced on the LLDPE membrane surface substrate after treatment for the preparation of the anti-fog coating. The instrument model used in the plasma cleaning treatment is YZD08-5C, the oxygen...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing an anti-fog coating on various optically transparent hydrophobic materials using layer-by-layer assembly technology, including the treatment of the substrate of the hydrophobic material, the plasma cleaning treatment of the surface of the substrate of the hydrophobic material, and the construction of primitives selection, preparation of multilayer film coatings. The above steps can be used to prepare a hydrophilic coating with anti-fog function on the surface of hydrophobic substrates such as optical glass, commercial spectacle lenses, and agricultural polyolefin film. And according to different application requirements, anti-fog coatings with different thicknesses can be obtained by adjusting the number of deposition cycles. The prepared anti-fog coating is not limited by the shape and size of the hydrophobic material, and the anti-fog coating can be adhered to irregular surfaces. The preparation process of the coating is simple and fast. The minimum contact angle of the anti-fog coating prepared by the invention can reach 38.5°. The raw material of the invention is easy to obtain, the operation is simple, the cost is low, and the process is environmentally friendly.

Description

Technical fields: [0001] The present invention belongs to the field of functional material preparation technology, a method for preparing an anti-fog coating. Background: [0002] Optical transparent materials are indispensable in people's daily lives, but when there is a certain temperature difference between the two sides of transparent materials, it is very easy to fog, resulting in serious light scattering, which reduces the optical transmittance, and this atomization phenomenon brings a lot of trouble to people, and even causes major economic losses. For example, when fogging occurs on windshields, glasses, and rearview mirrors, unexpected dangers may occur. Agricultural shed film due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening and the phenomenon of atomization, not only affect the growth of crops, but also cause crop rot and wilting when serious. Atomization can also affect the use of electronic devices or food packaging. Therefore, it is of great signif...
