Embodiment 1

[0038] Take 5.0g of starch into a beaker, add 50mL of ultrapure water, put the beaker into a constant temperature heating magnetic stirrer, heat and stir in a water bath at 40°C, centrifuge at 10,000rpm for 10min after 0.5h, and collect the supernatant liquid. (CH 3 COO) 2 Cu·H 2 O and K 2 PtCl 6 Add it into a beaker; and add the starch supernatant obtained above, and stir at a constant speed at room temperature; at the same time, slowly add the ascorbic acid solution dropwise. After the dropwise addition, the stirring was continued for 2 h, and then the stirring was stopped and left to stand. The resulting product was then centrifuged at 10000 rpm for 10 min. Remove the centrifuge, disperse the precipitate with absolute ethanol, and ultrasonically re-centrifuge, and repeat twice in sequence; then disperse the precipitate with ultrapure water, and ultrasonically centrifuge again, and then disperse the precipitate with ultrapure water to obtain a PtCu solution. The trans...

Embodiment 2

[0044] Obtain DON standard curve according to the steps (1) to (2) of embodiment 1 see Figure 6 , of which ascorbic acid, starch, K 2 PtCl 6 and luminol were purchased from Shanghai Aladdin Reagent; N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), 1-ethyl-3 (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) were purchased from Acros (New Jersey, USA), aminated magnetic beads were purchased from Tianjin Basele Chromatography Technology Development Center; DNA was purchased from Saibaisheng Biological Co., Ltd.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of analytical chemistry and chemiluminiscence sensors. A PtCu binary alloy nano composite material is synthesized by taking (CH3COO)2Cu.H2O and K2PtCl6 as raw materials, starch centrifugate as a stabilizer and ascorbic acid as a reducing agent through an aqueous solution method. PtCu is used as a marker, and a novel method for determining deoxynivalenol is constructed by utilizing an aptamer recognition effect. The method is simple, high in sensitivity and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of analytical chemistry and chemiluminescence sensors, and relates to a method for preparing PtCu imitating enzymes, and establishes a method for measuring deoxynivalenol by combining aptamer recognition and chemiluminescence measurement technology. Background technique [0002] Mimetic enzymes are a kind of artificially synthesized catalysts with non-protein structure but similar catalytic activity to natural enzymes, which overcome the shortcomings of natural enzymes such as poor stability, variability and inactivation, difficult storage, complicated preparation process and high price. Among them, platinum nanoparticles have a good catalytic effect on the luminol-hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescent system, but because platinum is a noble metal, its application is limited. [0003] Deoxynivalenol, also known as vomitoxin (DON), is a mycotoxin with the highest detection rate in grains in various countries. Deoxynivale...
