Abstract

The oil spill dispersant is prepared by compounding water serving as a solvent and various bio-based surfactants serving as emulsifying and dispersing active substances, wherein the bio-based surfactant comprises a non-ionic bio-based surfactant and an anionic bio-based surfactant, and the bio-based surfactant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-80% of water, 10-25% of the non-ionic bio-based surfactant and 10-25% of the anionic bio-based surfactant; and the pH valueis 6.5 to 8.0. Compared with the performance of an oil spill dispersant in GB18188.2-2000, the oil spill dispersant obtained by the invention has the advantages that the emulsification rate is improved by 10%, the biodegradability is improved by 15%, the biotoxicity is reduced by about 15%, and the oil spill dispersant has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity, easiness in biodegradationand the like. By applying the oil spill dispersant obtained by the invention, the secondary pollution caused by the use of the oil spill dispersant can be reduced while the oil spill pollution on thesea surface is efficiently removed.
