The method prepares the required resin by simultaneously performing free radical polymerization reaction and esterification reaction on an aromatic vinyl unsaturated monomer, an aliphatic vinyl unsaturated monomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, fat alkanol, an initiating agent and an alpha-methyl styrene dimer in a reactor. In the method, the alpha-methyl styrene dimer is added as a chain transfer agent to reduce the branching degree and avoid the generation of gel and the blockage of the reactor; and simultaneously, the added fat alkanol performs esterification reaction with acroleic acid to inhibit the esterification reaction between an alcohol ether solvent and the acroleic acid, thus the viscosity of the reaction mixture is controlled effectively, and the finally prepared resin has narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw / Mn is less than 2.0), low molecular weight (Mw is less than 10,000), few organic volatile matters, and good wetting dispersion of pigment, and can be applied to preparing water color ink, coating or oil polish.

The catalyst has a high catalytic activity when the catalyst is used to catalyze ethylene polymerization especially the gas-phase fluidized bed polymerization; and can prepare polyethylene products with a wide molecular weight distribution or double-peak distribution. The prepared polyethylene product has a high bulk density and little fine powder.

According to the invention, lignin in the biomass is removed by using sodium chlorite; extractions are carried out by using 0.25M, 0.5M and 1.0M alkali solutions at 15 DEG C to 40 DEG C; and three alkali-soluble hemicellulose are subjected to graded purification by using an I2-KI solution. As a result of researches, agricultural and forestry biomass hemicellulose can form precipitate in the I2-KI solution. With the I2-KI solution, the precipitated hemicellulose component has low branching degree, and the hemicellulose component that is retained in the solution and is then precipitated by using ethanol has high branching degree. The straight-chain hemicellulose and branched-chain hemicellulose separating and purifying method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple technology and easy industrialization. With the graded purification process, straight-chain hemicellulose and branched-chain hemicellulose can be separated, such that hemicellulose with different structural properties can be obtained. Therefore, an application basis is provided for the industrialization of hemicellulose.

High-protein-content compound flour and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses high-protein-content compound flour. The high-protein-content compound flour is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150-200 parts of wheat, 25-50 parts of soybean protein, 30-50 parts of walnut protein, 5-15 parts of cocoa powder, 50-70 parts of red dates, 15-30 parts of red beans, 5-15 parts of butter, and 3-5 parts of a conditioner. The inventionfurther discloses a preparation method of the high-protein-content compound flour. The preparation method of the high-protein-content compound flour comprises the following steps: mixing wheat flourground by a wheat grinding apparatus with the conditioner, the soybean protein and the like; and the grinding process is free of other processing treatments such as heating and the like, so that, nutrients, including protein, carbohydrate and the like, in the wheat can be relatively well preserved. The conditioner comprises modified corn starch granules which are porous, smoother in granule morphology, reduced in particle size and relatively uniformly distributed. Thus, the finally prepared high-protein-content compound flour has stronger gluten network; so that, dough prepared by using the flour is tougher and improved in mouth feel.
