The invention further provides a production process of a multi-microelement organic fertilizer. The multi-microelement organic fertilizer is prepared from the by-products, namely the plant ash residues D and the liquid precipitate E, generated during preparation of the foliar fertilizer. The processes are used for preparing the foliar fertilizer and the multi-microelement organic fertilizer, the plant ash almost contains all mineral elements contained in plants and is a green andecological raw material, and therefore the fertilizers produced from the plant ash have the advantages of being environmentally friendly and harmless.
