Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of chlorophyll extraction and particularly relates to a chlorophyll wound-spray bacteriostatic fluid formula for diabetic gangrene. The chlorophyll wound-spray bacteriostatic fluid formula comprises aloe, folium artemisiae argyi, poplar leaves, pagoda tree leaves, fig leaves and corn. The invention further relates to an extraction process for the formula. The extraction process comprises the steps: (1) crushing the aloe, the folium artemisiae argyi, the poplar leaves, the pagoda tree leaves, the fig leaves and the corn, and then, carrying out leaching by employing an organic solvent for 3 to 4 hours with stirring while maintaining a constant temperature of about 90 DEG C; (2) after leaching, carrying out filtering separation, so as to obtain a greenish-black solution; (3) concentrating the filtered leaching solution, adding NaOH into the concentrate, carrying out stirring for about 1h at the temperature of about 70 DEG C, carrying out cooling, then, carrying out extraction with petroleum ether, and separating out the petroleum ether; (4) adding a CuS04 solution, carrying out stirring for a period of time at the constant temperature of about 70 DEG C, carrying out cooling, carrying out standing, and then, carrying out suction filtration, so as to obtain a crude product; and (5) carrying out washing precipitation once with distilled water, 40% ethanol and petroleum ether separately, dissolving precipitates with acetone, and carrying out suction filtration.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chlorophyll extraction, and in particular relates to a formula of chlorophyll creative spray antibacterial liquid for diabetic gangrene and an extraction process thereof. Background technique [0002] As a metalloporphyrin compound, chlorophyll has great potential in clinical treatment, food, and daily chemical industry. By replacing the central ion or transforming the external framework, a purposeful, promising, highly efficient, and low-toxic drug, health product, and food family can be obtained. With the in-depth development of chlorophyll chemical technology and biological activity research of chlorophyll products, its application range will continue to expand. Our country has abundant and inexhaustible cheap chlorophyll resources. After research, it has been proved that chlorophyll itself is non-toxic, and its derivatives and degradation products are all low-toxic substances. Make full use of these ...
