Abstract

The invention discloses a drilling wastewater treatment device and method. The drilling wastewater treatment device comprises an electric flocculation reaction tank, an electric oxidation reaction tank and an inclined plate sedimentation tank which are sequentially communicated. Aiming at the water quality characteristics of high hardness, high suspended solids and more oily organic pollutants ofthe drilling waste liquid, an electric flocculation-electric oxidation combined process is adopted to efficiently remove main pollutants such as hardness ions, suspended solids, organic matters, sulfate reducing bacteria and the like. According to the method, by utilizing a reaction mechanism of relatively high chlorine radicals and electrooxidation of the drilling wastewater, the electrochemicalreaction efficiency and the sterilization effect are guaranteed under the condition of not adding extra chemicals, the treatment cost of the drilling wastewater is effectively reduced, and the operation safety is effectively improved.
