sludge conditioner adaptive to the high-organic-matter sludge comprises the following steps: step 1, taking dimethyl diallyl
ammonium chloride as a core
monomer, wherein the molecular weight is 1 million to 3 million, the purity is more than or equal to 98 percent, the
chloride ion is less than or equal to 0.5 percent, and the cation degree is more than or equal to 80 percent; the auxiliary reagents comprise a
photoinitiator 1173 (the purity is larger than or equal to 99% and accounts for 0.05-0.1% of the
mass of DMC) and an EDTA-2Na stabilizer (the purity is larger than or equal to 99% and accounts for 0.01-0.02% of the total
mass of the
system). Compared with the defect that the pH of sludge is sharply changed to 12 or above due to
