The preparation method of the gel disinfectant comprises the following steps: mixing acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water, a stabilizer and a buffer agent to prepare a mixed liquid; adding a gel agent into the mixed liquid while stirring to obtain a gel disinfectant; wherein the stabilizer comprises cyclodextrin, silicon dioxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone. According to the method, the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water is mixed withthe compounded stabilizer and buffer agent to quickly prepare the stable gel disinfectant, so that the gel disinfectant has a stable preservation effect, the shelf life of the gel disinfectant is prolonged, and the gel disinfectant is convenient for long-distance transportation and long-term preservation.
