Abstract

The invention discloses anti-settling high-hardness single-component room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber for encapsulation, wherein the anti-settling high-hardness single-component room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber for encapsulation is composed of the raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of alpha,omega-hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 160 to 200 parts of modifiednano spherical barium sulfate, 1.5 to 3.0 parts of a silane coupling agent, 7 to 10 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.02 to 0.06 part of a catalyst. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-settling high-hardness single-component room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber for encapsulation. By optimizing the formula system and using the modified nano sphericalbarium sulfate as a filler, the problem of filler settling is solved, and the modified nano spherical barium sulfate can reinforce the colloid; meanwhile, by matching with the use of alpha,omega-hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with a short branched chain, the crosslinking density is increased, so that the high-hardness product performance is obtained, and the application advantages of asingle-component room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber product for encapsulation are effectively improved.
