The device comprises a wastewater sedimentation tank, a filter tank, a flue gas washing tank, awater mist smoke washing box and a water-gas separation box, the wastewater sedimentation tank is provided with a first overflow pipe, a wastewater inlet pipe, a first blow-off pipe and a water pumping pipe, and the water pumping pipe is connected to a water pump, a three-way valve, a spray header and a reflux pump; the filter tank is provided with a filter plate frame and a filter water pipe; the flue gas washing tank is provided with a conical plate, a muddy water pipe, a mud scraping mechanism, a second blow-off pipe, a second overflow pipe, a stirring paddle and a flue gas inlet pipe; thewater mist smoke washing box is provided with a high-pressure gas spray pipe, a third overflow pipe, a third blow-off pipe, a water supplementing pipe and an inclined pipe; and the water-gas separation box comprises a snake-shaped condensation pipe, a V-shaped water tank, a chimney outlet and an unpowered hood.
