Problems solved by technology

[0003] During the use of concrete roads, the long-term rolling of vehicles will cause damage to the road surface, resulting in potholes, and many road sections have local transverse and longitudinal cracks, missing edges and corners and other damages, which seriously affect the driving comfort and safety of the road surface. Repair the pavement; however, when the existing concrete road pavement is repaired, the repair materials used, especially ordinary concrete, are poor in both fracture toughness and impact resistance, resulting in the repaired structure being unable to withstand the frequent impact of vehicle loads, resulting in It often undergoes premature fatigue fracture or impact failure, necessitating frequent repairs

[0040] 9) Casting a layer of wear-resistant layer with a thickness of 0.8-1.2cm on the concrete layer, the preparation method of the wear-resistant layer includes:

[0041] 9.1) Add asphalt and rubber into the heating kettle, heat to 200-220°C, stir for 20-30 minutes, add SBS modifier and pass through a high-speed shearing machine to maintain the heating temperature, shear at a high speed for 30-40 minutes, maintain heating and Stir evenly for 50-70 minutes;

[0042] 9.2) Add bituminous mastic macadam mixture, fine sand and slag powder with a particle size of 6-8mm in sequence in the heating kettle, add binder, lower the temperature to 150-170°C, and stir for 20-30 minutes;

[0043] 10) Carry out curing in a humid environment of 5-20°C.

[0044] The preferred solution of the present invention is that after the repair material is finally set for 1 to 3 hours, it is immediately sprinkled with water and covered with a plastic film for maintenance.

Abstract

The invention discloses a concrete pavement crack repairing method. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a width of a crack; carrying out crack pretreatment; selecting aluminum sulfate cement, Portland cement, limestone, slags, fine sand, a calcium stone powder and aluminum tripolyphosphate; putting the selected materials into a pulverizer; putting the prepared powder grinding material into a stirrer, and then adding water to prepare mixed mortar; selecting desulfurized gypsum, unsaturated polyester resin, sodium phosphate, polyvinyl alcohol, epoxy resin, potassium tripolyphosphate, potassium persulfate and a water reducing agent, and mixing the selected materials with water for dilution; adding the prepared diluent into the prepared mixed mortar; filling the crack througha pouring pipeline, and then carrying out vibrating operation to form a concrete layer; pouring a wear-resistant layer with the thickness of 2-3 mm on the concrete layer; and carrying out maintenancein a humid environment. The repaired structure has good stability and wear resistance, and can effectively resist a high temperature and wear.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pavement maintenance, in particular to a method for repairing cracks in concrete pavement. Background technique [0002] Cement concrete pavement refers to the pavement with cement concrete as the main material for the surface layer, referred to as concrete pavement. As one of the important forms of high-grade pavement, cement concrete pavement is more and more widely used. Cement concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength, strong adaptability, durability and low maintenance cost. [0003] During the use of concrete roads, the long-term rolling of vehicles will cause damage to the road surface, resulting in potholes, and many road sections have local transverse and longitudinal cracks, missing edges and corners and other damages, which seriously affect the driving comfort and safety of the road surface. Repair the pavement; however, when the existing concrete road pavement is repaired...
