Abstract

The invention discloses a system for recovering and storing CO2 in flue gas by a hydrate method. The system comprises a flue gas pretreatment system, a hydration reaction system and a flue gas aftertreatment system, flue gas is treated by the flue gas pretreatment system and then enters the hydration reaction system, a hydration agent enters the hydration reactor through the mixed solution storagetank and then generates hydrate with CO2 gas, and primary separation of CO2 in the flue gas is achieved; and the generated CO2 hydrate enters a high-pressure storage tank through a high-pressure pumpso that separation and storage of the carbon dioxide gas in the flue gas are realized. When the flue gas passes through the pretreatment part of the system, solid impurities and acid gas in the fluegas are removed, and then CO2 hydrate is generated in the hydration reactor and stored in the high-pressure storage tank. The generated CO2 hydrate is decomposed under reduced pressure to obtain high-purity CO2 gas so that the efficient utilization of the CO2 gas in the flue gas is realized; the hydration agent can be recycled, so that the economical efficiency of separation and treatment of CO2 in the flue gas is further improved, and the method realizes safe and efficient separation and treatment of CO2 in the flue gas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse gas emission reduction and high-efficiency utilization, in particular to a hydrate method for recovering and storing CO in flue gas 2 system. Background technique [0002] With the massive consumption of fossil energy, environmental problems have become more and more serious, and the combustion of fossil fuels produces a large amount of carbon dioxide. CO 2 As a kind of important greenhouse gas, the large amount of emission leads to the increasingly serious greenhouse effect, which has become the focus of various fields such as global climate change, environment and economic development. CO 2 The main source of gas emissions is the burning of a large amount of fossil fuels in energy, transportation, industrial production and other links. Controlling carbon dioxide emissions is considered to be an effective way to solve the current greenhouse effect problem. In today's society, fossil fuels ...
