The method comprises the following steps: collecting air temperature and photosynthetically active radiation information in a sunlight greenhouse under preset conditions; calculating a heat effect, a radiation effect, a temperature-light effect and an accumulated temperature-light effect of the sunlight greenhouse tomatoes in the flowering and fruit period in each day by combining the upper limit temperature and the lower limit temperature required by the growth and development of the sunlight greenhouse tomatoes in the flowering and fruit period; and calculating a difference value between the CK and the accumulated temperature-light effect between the different low-illumination treatment, calculating a difference value between the CK and the tomato nutritional quality index between the different low-illumination treatment, establishing a dynamic relationship between the accumulated temperature-light effect difference value and the nutritional quality index difference value, and simulating the dynamic influence of the low-illumination stress on the tomato nutritional quality index.
