The health-care beverage is prepared from the following components: a linseed oil body, a thickening agent, a quality improver, an antioxidant and other components; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking linseeds in a sodium bicarbonate solution, then carrying out wall-breaking pulping, filtering and centrifugal treatment, and extracting upper-layer cream to obtain the linseed oil body; (2) performing high-pressure homogenization on the linseed oil body, adding cane sugar and a stabilizer, fully and uniformly mixing, and adjusting the pH value to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) preparing a finished product: sterilizing the mixed solution, and filling.
