The invention discloses MBS (methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene) resin rubber latex, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of styrene-butadiene latex, 10-40 parts of methyl methacrylate, 10-40 parts of styrene, 0.2-1 part of an initiator and 100-300 parts of soft water. According to the MBS resin rubber latex, seed emulsion polymerization is successfully adopted to synthesize latex through repeated experiments, the particle size is effectively controlled to be 80-100 nm, the refractive index of styrene-butadiene latex is controlled to be about 1.539, and the transparency of the product is improved. The MBS resin with the gel content of more than 90% is synthesized by coating with more than two acrylics or metacrylic acid esters by adopting a redox initiation system graft polymerization method, so that the MBS resin has excellent processability and impact property, and the transparency is not lost. The preparation method of the MBS resin rubber latex is a one-step continuous process, and has the advantages of simple production process, short process flow, no washing process, less generated wastewater and high product purity.
