Abstract

ML323 is screened out from a compound library, the effect of ML323 on PRRSV in cell infection is verified through Western blot, Q-PCR and the like, siRNA is designed for USP1 and UAF1, the influence of down-regulation of USP1 and UAF1 expression on PRRSV infection is verified, a USP1 overexpression cell line is constructed, and the influence of up-regulation of USP1 expression on PRRSV infection is verified. Experimental results show that the ML323 has an inhibiting effect on proliferation of the PRRSV in cells, and particularly, the ML323 inhibits expression of USP1 and UAF1 of the cells, inhibits expression of PRRSV N protein and inhibits expression of PRRSV ORF7mRNA.
