Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to provide pH response anti-fouling modified materials and modified invisible orthodontic materials and preparation methods to solve the problem that the gaps in the occlusion of the braces in the prior art can easily lead to bacterial colonization and reproduction. Improve the anti-fouling ability of the invisible braces, reduce the bacterial residue on the invisible braces, and have a certain function of capturing bacteria when there are too many bacteria and the pH drops, which is conducive to maintaining the balance of bacterial colonies on the teeth and protecting the health of the teeth

Abstract

The invention discloses a pH-responsive anti-fouling modified material, a modified invisible correction material and a preparation method of the modified invisible correction material. The preparation method of the modified invisible correction material comprises the steps: dissolving CBMA in water to obtain an aqueous solution; dissolving DMAEMA in triethylene glycol to obtain a triethylene glycol solution; mixing the aqueous solution and the triethylene glycol solution to form a mixed solution; adding a photoinitiator I-2959 into the mixed solution to obtain a mixture solution I; adding a photoinitiator BP into a mixed solution of isopropanol and acetone to obtain a mixture solution II; soaking the invisible correction material in the mixture solution II for a short time; dropping the mixture solution I onto the invisible correction material, and placing the invisible correction material under ultraviolet light for irradiation; and putting the obtained material in deionized water, and soaking to obtain the modified invisible correction material. A coating layer is constructed on the surface of the correction material in situ, so that the correction material and water form a hydration layer, the good anti-pollution performance is shown, and when the pH is reduced, the coating layer shows positive electricity, adsorbs bacteria and maintains bacterial colony balance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of oral cavity polymer materials, in particular to a pH-responsive antifouling modified material, a modified invisible orthodontic material and a preparation method. Background technique [0002] Tooth deformity refers to the deformity of teeth, jawbone and craniofacial caused by congenital genetic factors or acquired environmental factors during the growth and development of children. It is also one of the three common oral diseases. The treatment of oral deformities can generally be divided into two categories: one is the traditional orthodontic method represented by metal arch wire; the other is the invisible correction method represented by transparent braces. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for beauty are getting higher and higher, and more patients will choose invisible correction. Therefore, in recent years, the invisible correction industry has developed rap...
