The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing the modified filler; 2, material selection and preparation; step 3, mixing and stirring; step 4, consistency adjustment; and 5, grinding and filtering, wherein in the step 2, the thickening agent is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
