Abstract

The invention discloses a fireproof flame-retardant coating and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof flame-retardant coating is prepared from the following raw materials: a polyurethane emulsion, a phosphine-containing flame-retardant acrylate emulsion, thermosetting resin powder, ammonium bicarbonate, aluminum silicate powder, vermiculite, a flame retardant, a high-temperature anti-cracking agent, water and ethanol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the aluminum silicate powder with the vermiculite, and crushing into mixed powder; then dispersing thermosetting resin powder, the mixed powder, a flame retardant and a high-temperature anti-cracking agent into a solution formed by ethanol and water to form slurry; and adding the polyurethane emulsion into the slurry, stirring for a period of time, adding ammonium bicarbonate, and uniformly stirring, thereby obtaining the product. The coating prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has good stability and fire resistance, and the problem that the existing coating is easy to crack at high temperature can be effectively solved.
