The multilayer body comprises: a metal layer having a recess-and-protrusion region in which an average length (RSm) of a contour curve element is 0.5-10 [mu]m; and a resin layer in contact with the recess-and-protrusion region of the metal layer, wherein the resin layer includes a thermoplastic resin and fibrous fillers, the number average fiber diameter (F) of the fibrous fillers is less than 1 [mu]m, and the ratio of the average length (RSm) of the contour curve element in the recess-and-protrusion region to the number average fiber diameter (F) of the fibrous fillers is 1-20000.
