Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a biodegradable composite material, and belongs to the field of polymer composite materials. The invention aims to solve the problems of environmental pollution and poor mechanical properties of the existing PBAT composite material. The method comprises the following steps of modifying a reinforced material through alkali treatment; weighing a base material and a reinforcing material, fully drying, removing moisture, fully mixing, blending to obtain a compound molten material, and carrying out hot press molding on the compound molten material to obtain the biodegradable composite material; and the mass percent of the reinforcing material is controlled to be 1%-30%. According to the method, the biodegradable composite material is prepared by using the modified China hemp fiber as a reinforcing material and PBAT as a matrix, the material is greatly improved in the aspects of density, water absorption, thermal performance, thermal deformation and biodegradability, and the problems of low mechanical performance and high cost of the existing PBAT material are solved.
