The invention discloses a biodegradable composite high-molecular three-dimensional scaffold and a preparation method thereof, the three-dimensional scaffold comprises a matrix material and an active substance loaded on the matrix material, and the matrix material is selected from biodegradable high-molecular polymers with biocompatibility; the active substance is wedelolactone lipidosome, or the wedelolactone lipidosome and beta-tricalcium phosphate nano particles. The degradable biofilm based on the single wedelolactone liposome has a good promotion effect in the aspect of tissue repair; the scaffold is combined with wedelolactone lipidosome and beta-tricalcium phosphate nano-particles, so that bionic design of natural bone tissues can be realized, functional complementation of nano-materials is realized, good cell compatibility is realized, osteogenesis performance is effectively promoted, and the scaffold has a good application prospect. Meanwhile, the biodegradable high polymer material based on the wedelolactone lipidosome has a good prospect in the field of tissue regeneration and repair.
