Abstract

The invention provides a heavy metal contaminated soil remediation agent and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to soil remediation. The heavy metal contaminated soil remediation agent is prepared from the following raw materials: polyacrylamide, chelating agent microspheres, plant ash, a complex microbial inoculant, humic acid and lignin; the chelating agent microspheres are prepared by the following method: S1, dropwise adding amino silane into water containing a pore-foaming agent, carrying out emulsification stirring reaction, centrifugal washing and spray drying to obtain SiO2 porous hollow microspheres with amino groups and hydroxyl groups on the surfaces; and S2, adding the SiO2 porous hollow microspheres with the amino groups and the hydroxyl groups on the surfaces prepared in the step S1 into an aqueous solution containing potassium cyanide and sodium hydroxide, stirring and mixing, then dropwise adding a formaldehyde aqueous solution, enabling the potassium cyanide to react completely, adjusting the pH value, filtering, and drying to obtain the SiO2 porous hollow microspheres with the carboxyl groups and the hydroxyl groups on the surfaces, namely the chelating agent microspheres. The preparation method is simple and has obvious effects of passivating and fixing soil heavy metal pollutants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to a heavy metal polluted soil remediation agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Soil is an important part of the human environment, an indispensable and non-renewable natural resource, an important basis for the survival of all living things, and an important place for the exchange and circulation of materials and energy in the earth's ecosystem. With the development of industrial and agricultural production, the problem of soil environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, especially the problem of soil heavy metal pollution. There are many reasons for soil heavy metal pollution, such as waste gas, waste water, and waste residues discharged from the production and operation activities of industrial and mining enterprises, large-scale use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural production, and random discarding of...
