Abstract

The assembly type cement pavement high-skid-resistance durable wearing layer material comprises an epoxy resin binder and mixed stone. The epoxy resin binder is composed of epoxy resin, a curing agent, a flexibilizer and a diluent, and the mixed stone is calcined bauxite and limestone. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly coating the surface of a cement concrete plate with the epoxy resin binder ; and then uniformly spreading and mixing stones on the surface of the epoxy resin binder to construct a wearing layer. By using the epoxy anti-skid wearing layer material disclosed by the invention, the anti-skid wear resistance of a road surface is remarkably improved, the anti-skid wear resistance of the road surface is stably changed along with the prolonging of the service time, the anti-skid durability is obviously improved, road traffic accidents are effectively reduced for a long time, and the driving safety is ensured; and meanwhile, the service life of the cement pavement is prolonged, the economic cost is saved, and the transportation benefits are improved.
