Abstract

The invention relates to a bionic three-dimensional hierarchical micro-nano structure integrated micro device and preparation and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bionic structures. A three-dimensional micro-nano structure on an inner wall of a rose petal is copied to a surface of the polymer to obtain a polymer template containing the three-dimensional micro-nano structure of the rose petal; hydrophilic treatment is carried out on the polymer template, then oxide nanoparticles grow on the surface of the three-dimensional micro-nano structure in situ, the oxide nanoparticles are used for enhancing the surface roughness of the three-dimensional micro-nano structure, and the micro device with the three-dimensional hierarchical micro-nano structure is obtained and used for high-sensitivity capture of circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The method is simple in processing and manufacturing process and low in cost. Different biomolecules, such as DNA and protein, are coupled on the surfaces of the nanoparticles, so that the bionic three-dimensional hierarchical micro-nano structure can be widely applied to separation and purification of pathogens.
