Embodiment 1

[0030] Embodiment 1 selects azithromycin, adds 0.5% dry weight mass fraction (antibiotic mass / electrode total mass), and graphite powder is selected as pharmaceutical grade graphite powder with a purity of 99.95%, and the ratio of graphite powder and polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is 9:1 . A 100-mesh titanium mesh is used as the current collector.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Example 2 The amount of azithromycin added is 0.25% dry weight mass fraction (antibiotic mass / total electrode mass), and the others are the same as in Example 1.

[0032] figure 2 Show the SEM electron microscope image of the electric highly sensitive microbial electrochemical sensor anode prepared by embodiment 1, by figure 1 It can be seen that the electrode prepared according to the method has no obvious antibiotic powder distribution, indicating that the electrode has good uniformity.

[0033] The anodes prepared in the above-mentioned embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 are respectively applied to such as figure 1 The high-sensitivity microbial electrochemical sensor shown (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is also compared with a common electrode. Common electrodes are made of the same current collector material as in Example 1, no antibiotics are added, and the pressing method is the same as in Example 1. In one of the examples of this embodiment, the sensor r...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-sensitivity microbial electrochemical sensor anode and a sensor thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing a proper amount of water-insoluble antibiotics in ethanol, and dropwise adding a mixture of graphite powder and polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion to prepare composite graphite slurry in which the antibiotics are uniformly dispersed; and rolling the graphite slurry into a sheet by using a mold, transferring the sheet to a current collector, and firmly combining the current collector with the graphite slurry by using a tablet press. And after normal-temperature and normal-pressure drying, the graphite powder and the antibiotic powder are bonded by a binder to form an electrode, and the water-insoluble antibiotic powder is uniformly distributed in the electrode. Through the slow release effect of the antibiotics compounded in the anode, the growth of gram-positive bacteria can be inhibited, the growth of electroactive microorganisms of gram-negative bacteria is not influenced or is slightly influenced, the thickness of an electroactive biological membrane is controlled, and relatively high water quality early warning sensitivity is realized. Meanwhile, the device is convenient to operate, not easy to disintegrate and capable of being used for a long time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-sensitivity microbial electrochemical sensor anode and a sensor thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial electrochemical sensors. Background technique [0002] The problem of water environmental pollution has caused many challenges to the ecological environment and human health, and water quality monitoring is also considered to be an effective means to ensure water safety. Among many environmental monitoring technologies, biosensors have received extensive attention because they can reflect the biological effects of toxic substances. The microbial electrochemical sensor uses the biofilm formed by the aggregation of electroactive bacteria on the electrode as the sensing unit, and reflects the water quality status through the real-time output of electrical signals. It does not require additional energy supply and exogenous mediators, and can realize real-time online monitoring. Moreo...
